Performing a web search for old 7up Uncola billboards, I found the attached image displayed on your site. I have a long-forgotten copy of this billboard "archived" in my garage, folded carefully and never posted up. Thinking of donating to my historic neighborhood, wonder if anyone knows anything about preserving/ restoring such a piece. I am almost afraid to unwrap/unfold as it has been stored in my garage 45 years or so. I've never posted it up as I've never had a wall space big enough. It is identical to the 21' x10' depicted on your site. It was given to me by an advertising account excutive late 60's and I just wrapped it up and put it on the shelf, just ran across it the other day. Any creative ideas for such an interesting piece ? I don't think it was a Peter Max creation but inspired by Peter Max perhaps ?

Thanks Sean, I am anxious to unwrap but think I may want to get some expert advice before I mess with it. I did lay it out in my yard many years ago and took pics from rooftop, but have no idea where those pics are or what shape the billboard is in. I wish I had a place to post it up and display it !

This remind me the artwork of the Beatles sleeve "Yellow Submarine"
      Very nice.

      Jim,
Your post is a year old and I just saw it. You obviously found the photo I have posted on http://www.flickr.com which has the history of the piece. My collection of these now numbers in the dozens so I'd be interested in talking to you about it.
The link in comment #4 will also take you to the piece. Send a flickrmail or comment.
