Mid Century great seal red and gold patriotic drum lighter and ashtray

Very rare lighter and ashtray set from early mid century. Both have the presidential "great seal" on them. Red and gold. Made to look like drums. Believe it is part of a set I have that includes a Hamilton skotch 1860 "the drum" ice bucket and 2 sets of 8 glasses. All patriotic with similar theme. Glasses are Red And blue with gold Eagles
