Last addition to the double shank rings collection :-D
Amethyst is 5/8" or 1.6 centimeters diameter.
Size is big enough for my middle finger!
It must have had formerly a row of seed pearls...
The silver work is very nice, with different leaves and wirework.
Unmarked, described as Victorian by the seller...
A beautiful ring, to be sure!
BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
Thank you Bonnie and Scott for your kind comment and always appreciated visit :-D
Many thanks for your loves, TassieAngel ;-), Nicefice, Thomas and Caperkid!
Hi Kyra you say Chinese carved Amethyst, my question is are the ring and stone separate and were married together, I don't know if that is a correct phrase. It's a lovely ring.
Hi Jean! Yes, they were not born together, China exported many old carved stones and Occidentals used them in their designs :-)
This ring is all hand made, I call it Arts and Crafts, even if the era is rather 20's.
Thank you for your question, interest and love!
Gorgeous ring and setting !~
Beautiful ring!
A stunner!
What a beauty Kyra..love that amethyst. :)
I declare, what you don't know about jewels isn't worth knowing, kyratango. What is carved on the amethyst, and are those birds I see in the silverwork? Absolutely stunning ring! :)
You posted better photos, thanks Kyra !~

Mike, thanks, me too ;-)
Katherine, thank you so much, I'm blushing now... :-)
I'll post a pic of the carving, what I see in it is.... a kind of stylized insect, LOL!
No birds in the silver work, leaves and flower buds.
Rose, thank you my friend for your lovely visit and comment!
