    Vase1960s
    (1 item)

Looking for some advise please... My in laws have sent us a 1960s glass vase (family heirloom) and despite paying a lot of money to package it and send it by courier the base has broken. We now need to get an estimated value for the insurance any ideas how to go about this? Size is deceiving in photo but you could fit a baby in it! Thanks

Was there no insurance put on it via the carrier in case of damage?

Hi there, yes there was insurance put on it but they want the exact value of the piece or cost to replace.

That looks like a mouth blown piece of glass. Take it to someone in your area who deals in antique/vintage glass and ask there.
