Found this while going through my parents things. Just fell in love with it! It's glass, only about 6 inches tall. The design appears to be painted on? No real identifying marks. If any one could give me any information on it that would be great!
very interesting piece, it seems some artist was inspired by Webb cameos. It's either paint or maybe enamel.
