This bracelet wasn't on the stall holder's table when I made my first round. I saw it when I was on my way out of the market, lying next to the costume jewelry. I've never seen one with this particular design - it's 2o grams of silver. It looks Middle Eastern in design, and is signed. Age? Not a clue. I will have to see if Google coughs up anything.
Thanks for looking/loving, friends!

You have done it again Bonnie!!!! $1 !!!!! It is lovely....well done!!!
Thank you, Judy!! I wonder if the maker will remain a mystery...
What a wonderful bargain!
martika - it certainly was a bargain! It's 20 grams of silver and handmade.
Another great find! I'd love hunting with you ;-)
Wow! I LOVE this and could swear I have seen this hallmark before. I am going into my books and will be sure to let you know if I find out anything. This is a beauty! I am a newbee but am already in love with this site! I have been a "hunter" for 6 years now out of pure necessity. My husband, Ronnie is a quadriplegic 6 years now and as his caregiver I can not work a traditional job. My first find was a vintage Gucci watch at a Goodwill. I created an account on eBay, sold it for $150 and was hooked! I new I could help my family financially if I stuck with it so I have and it has helped. I run into a lot of mystery items and will dig and dig till by eyeballs fall out. It is part of the fun. Moving to FL in the next few weeks to be closer to my elderly parents to help my mom with my father so I am taking this opportunity to revamp my eBay store to sell jewelry that is artsy, unique, fun and will incorporate vintage decor. My listings were getting to ordinary and I was no longer excited. I have opportunity to grab up a lot of costume jewelry from my 84 yr old mom's quilting group friends so I am super excited to see what I come up with. From one Bonnie to another, Happy Hunting. And I promise to get back to you with any news! TC
Bon - that would be grand if you could find that mark for me! I got bupkus in an Image search and a search with the initials/photo also got me bupkus. I usually manage to find maker marks on the web for most of my jewelry, so I'm annoyed at this one, lol! I have no idea how old this bracelet might be, either. I have a good friend who owns a pawn shop and she sees a ton of jewelry. I'm taking it to her on Thursday for an opinion.
I know what you mean about getting "bored" with the usual fare of jewelry, as I also sell online. It's really grand when something exciting comes your way!
Is that a 7? It is it 7 inches long? I thought it was anF,but now it looks like a european or latin 7 with the line through it.
Celiene, I think's a letter as there is an "n" next to it. I dunno...lol!! Going to take it to my friend Geri on Thursday and see what she makes of it.
celiene -I measured the bracelet and it's 7 1/2 inches from end to end. Someone else thinks the "n" is an "r". Uh, nope...
Guess we'll never know!
