Mom said she won the vase as a carnival prize when she was a girl in the 1920s or 1930s. It is very colorful and I think much nicer than prizes given today! It stands about 14" tall and the inscription reads made in japan with a crooked 8.
The smaller fruit covered pitcher was also mom's and the mark is 54/47.
Thinking of her today and thought I'd share some of her pieces.
