glass and pewter carafe with crown on the bottom Not sure if this is a wine carafe. It looks old and found it in a consignment shop but I can't seem to identify it. Can any one tell me what it is. Thank you

Green and red decoration on glass bottle is about 7 ½” high with a flip spout.
Bottom marks are a crown---1722---a shield (lion possibility)
