I have 2 brass floor lamps with Euro style plugs. The only makings I could find was a stamp which reads "GR 3" stamped into the weight under the base. The second marking was an inspection tag which is very hard to read but I can see it was inspected by a person named Zehn. That's all I have.....see pic.
