    I have a pair of these - this one happens to have a piece missing off his left-side below the ear. Purchased at an auction while we were living in Okinawa, 2006-ish. They are very heavy, I think made of clay, and pretty large, each stands almost a foot tall. Other than that, I don't much about them but I really enjoy them and they are great conversation pieces.
