This watch is 14k Gold Filled. Made by Elgin. I was wondering if someone seen this type of dial before? Or if it has a name. It is really unique

Nice Elgin. The style of dial is not an uncommon metal dial that I believe is known as a "Tapestry Style Dial". The green color I don't have an answer for. I have a similar one with a silver metal dial.
