Okay, I found this painting. It seems to be very old on the back it shows Sep 1902, so assumption is it is from that era. It is a material background I believe velvet but old and oil or possible acrylic paint. Does anyone have ideas on this? I am always searching for interesting items. I kinda like this scene. The colors are still good and overall great condition. Could possible be reframed but don't want to do anything til I find out more. Thanks for your help
