This decorative perfume bottle does not have any marking on it. The topper does not have any markings either. I am not sure they originally went together, but they look great together.

I don't know that yours is by Fenton, as I did not find a match on the web.

I did wonder if it was a perfume bottle, but since the topper doesn't make an air tight seal any perfume would evaporate.
But the link had bottles with similar toppers that did not appear to have air tight seals...
