Grandmothers Jewelry. Always room for a pin. Secret Society?

My grandmother was very petite. She had many pieces of jewelry tucked in her chest of drawers. I'm sharing a tiny pin of hers with you. There is a name stamped on the backside of the pin. I believe it's an angel pendent but not certain of its meaning.
