Ink on Paper Abstract Figures Paintings signed h. Scherer

I have three abstract paintings of female figures. I believe they are done with ink on paper. Each is signed h. Scherer in pencil. I am wondering if these may have been painted by the Swiss-German artist, Hermann Scherer.
