I was able to ID this as a Kellogg (by the patent dates, the last of which being an April 14, 1908, patent).
I've had the bell-box for about 8 months now, and now I have most of the candle-stick (the mouth-piece is missing). It looks great with the box.
Which is cheaper for replacement pieces, e-Bay or another site?
Any other way to nail a year on it? I opened up the face, fixed a loose wire, and could read a serial and "GM C" in it.
Antique Western Electric Ringer Box and Kellogg 1908 Candlestick Telephone.
If you are lucky ttomtucker will stop by and date it for you. Otherwise it is search search search as usual. I don't have a go to site for this.
I have must best luck with eBay for parts.
Try The House of Phones for parts.

Your Kellogg candlestick was manufactured around 1912, the patent dates on the back cup was for the transmitter. The original transmitter was replaced with a newer
solid type transmitter, the mouthpiece and transmitter faceplate are molded into one.
Thank you for your help. It's amazing how much you know on telephones.
I was able to unscrew the speaker too, which provided more numbers, but no other patents.
It looks like you have a Kellogg mouth piece on your phone.
