    Rubina verde, cranberry cased in vaseline with an applied blue swirl, 8" tall, marked "Made in Czechoslovakia".

    I see this piece as somewhat transitional between Victorian and Art Deco design sensibilities.

      This example is a piece of production by Franz Welz Klostergrab. Although the threaded examples like this are quite uncommon, the shape is seen in a couple of other décors by Welz. Great example.

      Would it be OK with you if I copy your images to use on my reference Czech glass website?

      Here are a couple of other examples of Well documented Welz decors on the same shape. The decor on yours appears on a different shape in a Welz production literature page from 1928.
