I got this as a present for my birthday yesterday! I don't know anything else about it. I think those colored spots are suppose to be candy? I have never seen a clutch glass purse before. I love it!

Without seeing the bottom, it's very likely this is Block, they are known for their glass purse vases, and this looks within their style. Block is a Polish Glass Company, but the actual work is done in China. I've owned a few of their glass vases myself.
