Found at barn sale 4.00...Some of wording on wrench...Loco...Numbers, any help appreciated as to what this wrench fits(wheel Hub). One end 3 1/2, the other 2 1/2.. wrench 11 3/4 inches long

Looks very speciialized ive seen something like this used for tightening fire hose tips. Noticed you live in Maine my first cable channels were from there. Eddie Driscoll and the great money movie every day.
