Some damage doesn't detract overly from a nicely enamelled egg-shaped box. Possibly originally part of a dressing table set, as there is no room for a spoon, it has hallmarks of northern Czech Art Deco design but I can't rule out France as a country of origin, especially as bought in France.
It is wee at 10cm high x 8cm at widest.
