This buckle was purchased at a now closed jewelry store years ago and had been in the China cabinet every sinc . We would like yo know artist or manufacturer and approximate date. Any help would be appreciated. We do know it is not from Montana Silversmiths.
The buckle appears to have information embossed on the back. Rub some baby powder over it until you are able to read it.
Not possible to tell you the name of the artist.
