    I hit the milk glass jackpot this weekend. Pictured is a ruffled bowl by Westmoreland in the Rose & Lattice pattern. Production of this piece began in 1969. The hand-painting is absolutely gorgeous. It measures 8 1/4" and has the WG mark on the bottom. I've never seen this pattern before.
