    Hi
Bought this today. There was no information available about it but the wife loved it. I have tried to do some research about it but I am not finding anything remotely like it. It features what appears to be 3 devils at the bottom and on a second tier there are 3 women's faces.
It is 11" High and weighs 1.4kg.
It is non magnetic and appears to be a grey color under the black.
I suspect it is patitnated spelter but with it being so heavy and solid I'm not sure.
And no idea from when it dates from.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Certainly looks like Spelter (white metal) with some brass rings and socket. Spelter has been around since the late 1800's....hard to date exactly. RER
