I have a C. Reichert Framed Print that is no longer secure in the frame. Looking at the back of the frame it has been thumb-tacked into place and taped. Is this frame original to the print?

LOOKS TO BE SAME TIME PERIOD, BUT SINCE DUST COVER IS NOT ORIGINAL?? HARD TO SAY 100%

Since the print doesn't fit properly inside the frame, I would say that it's not the original frame. There The print is of the original 1893 painting and most likely dates to the 1950s/1960s.
There are a number of these prints on Google Images and each of them are in a different frame.

I have notice that all of the pictures in the search results have different frames.
