What I have here is a crate from Atlas brewing company. They were given to me by my father. The bottles, as you can see are in excellent condition, and they are all still full. I am very curious about a value of these items. They are not for sale, but I have no idea what they are worth. Anyone have any idea, mor know where I could find out.

You are 100% correct about that. That is why they are not for sale.

Rare find. Atlas' most famous brew was Prager Bohemian. Bottles don't command a huge price even when full but some Chicago collectors might pony up. Graphics are really nice. Crate is also in great shape -probably worth $50 to $100 (don't ever varnish it!).

Pre prohibition beer items can have a high value depending on how much of their items are out there and how long the brewery was in business. Most small breweries went out of business during prohibition. The value in the Chicago area would be higher than elsewhere. I think the price quoted by canman is a bit low though. I've seen them sold for $135 to $195. Local value would probably be $150 or so. But I agree with canman about the bottles. With the paper labels their value would be much higher in the Chicago area.

I see a copyright. What year does it say? Bottom of label.
The bottles are machine-made, so they are after 1915.

Crates are quite common from most breweries and can be had from $25-$50. A good go-with, but most collectors only need one.

Copyright on bottle is 1933. Are you saying the Crate is only worth $25.00 a 50.00? Thanks for all the posts, I appreciate them very much. Gives me an idea anyway.

If you go to e-bay, the upper right has Advanced Search. Click it, type in your search query, and select Completed Listings.
      Green price = sold for.
Grey = Did not sell for.
That lets you stay up to date on how the online market is as it only has listings from the last month.
