This Decor shows some similarities in technique that I think are related. In some glass the "fishnet" pattern comes out and the "Diamond" shows through- the same thing happens in revers.

Agree with Craig on number 1 - it's a known Loetz form, and seems to be similar in technique to Campanula glass (internally decorated), which was patented by Loetz in 1936. The techniques on the other three seem to be similar to each other, but I have no guesses for those.
