This item has been in my collection for some time and I have failed to identify who made it. Certainly appears to be Bohemian, but I am open to all suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
-4 inches (10cm) wide, 3.5 inches (9cm)high
-Clear glass delicately hand painted/enamelled on top side in black, white, yellow and blue
-Perfectly polished pontil
-No identifying marks or numbers
The 'spear' is conical and then faceted at the very tip.
I believe it to be early 20th century but would welcome all comments or comparisons.
Steinschönau or Haida style of Jugendstil decoration.
Beckert and Pietsch are some names to throw around.
Lovely thing !!!!
Adolf Beckert, I know - and definitely a contender. Pietsch is a new name for me. Thanks for the lead Vetraio.
Preliminary search on Pietsch yielded this!

Not sure if it's a reliable attribution or not, but I've never seen the decor before. Thanks so much :)
Beautifully decorated - thanks for sharing it!
Lovely!
