New watercolor I just bought. It's a beautiful painting to say the least. I have seen prints of these before, an other reason I bought. This, however, is not a print... It's a genuine watercolor. I'm having some trouble reading the Signature ad well as the title. Anyone that can lend some eyes to help identify the artist woukd be very much appreciated!

      ? Marcus McCade/McDade
? Irving/Irvine Pearls/Peals - Sorry is this one meant to be the title? If so, I'll have to look carefully again.

It is a pretty watercolour, but it is suffering from (damn the term eludes me) - but it's like when the paper has too much water and looks like it needs to be straightened out - rippling perhaps?

You should see if you can get that fixed, if you mean to frame it.

THIS WILL BE A HARD ONE! LOL

It certainly is a hard one! At first, I thought it rrad Marcus ad well but If you look closely there is a small dot above the last letter in the first half of signature. That may indicate that the second to last letter is an "I". I was thinking maybe "Marcia" or "Marcie"? Its killing me bc I no matter how I read it, I just can't figure it out!

Dizzy - do you mean Marcus is part of the title, not MARCUS PART IS TITLE?

I think(?) the pic is name of artist. Most painters sign their work and date it on the same line, or with the date underneath their signature. So last photo would seem to be the name of the painting?

The second picture is artist signature. The 3rd or last picture is title...
