I recently acquired this great 22 page brochure published by the Pennsylvania Railroad, showing all the latest in PRR motive power ( as of 1949) used to move today's freight and passenger trains. This shows all the latest in steam power (K-4s, J-1s, steam turbines, etc), diesels (E units, Baldwin Centipedes, Baldwin Sharks, etc) and electrics (GG-1, P5) from the biggest heavy haulers to the smallest switchers used by the PRR in everyday service. Very interesting reading and a great quick reference.
