Blue, yellow and white porcelain Asian plate

I purchasedthis plate at a charity sale and was wwondering about possible age and the blue mark on the back. The blue is a deeo cobalt bkue and the yellow is a mustardly color floral design underglaze. Measures approximately 12" wide. Any help is appreciated!
