I found a tiny drum that lists an Oklahoma town (Paden City) on it that I have never heard of ... is the town suppose to be significant for the state?
Is this a drum that should hang off of a rear view mirror?

This is a bit confusing because Paden OK is not now and never was called "Paden City". Their population is less than 600 residents.

Paden City is in West Virginia.

I suppose you could hang it off your rear view mirror, but I don't think that's it's specific purpose.
