INFO PLEASE - 24k gold accent bisque porcelain woman with mandolin & man figurines 14 1/2"

Does anyone have any information on my figurines. I purchased these from a friend and they are quite tall at 14 1/2". I think they are bisque porcelain but have been unable to find anything like them online. The square hat the lady is wearing really threw me, as I haven't seen that type on a figurine before. The lady also has a distinctive light green "K" marking on the bottom. The man has a different mark in light green that looks like "cc". They are accented with 24k gold and very pretty and in great shape for their age. I would like to know where they were made or any other information anyone can give. Thank you!
