    This wheel with wood pin roller bearings is about 6 inches wide. It has a 3/4 shat that has a screw hole on it to tighten a screw onto a shaft. I do not know what this is and am curious what it is.

      This appears to be a large roller bearing. There should be a ring that fits on the outside and rotates on the rollers. I have no idea where it might have been used. Here are some illustrations of modern steel roller bearing which are used on automobile axles and other places:
