You have an Ansonia "El Chico" from circa 1901.
Search eBay "Sold" listings for Ansonia Marble Mantel Clocks.

If you look closely its says 19 June 188P or something like that I can't read the last digit or letter and what is it mean . Its before 1900 I suppose .
If you look closely, you'll see that you're referring to the movement's "Patent" date. The patent on the movement doesn't mean the clock was made in that year. American clock manufacturers often used a well designed movement for many years in many different clock cases. Also note that my reference cites "Circa" which means the model may have been manufactured several years before or after the date given. (The date was obtained from a Manufacturer's sales catalog) I'm fairly certain that I've correctly identified your clock's model but by all means, keep looking. Maybe I'm wrong. It might help if you posted better photos. You can post up to four. Good luck.

There are 2 dates , one is 14 June 1881 . And on the bottom left there is another thing 19 June 188* . Which from both is the patent ?
Thanks in advance !
Interesting. I've seen examples with June 13 and June 1882. There may be two patents which apply to various parts used in the movement. I've seen examples with three. Give us a clear close up and perhaps someone can be of further assistance. You can probably also use Google or another Web Search Engine to dig up some information by entering the specific dates and "Ansonia" Here's one example: http://www.powerhousemuseum.com/collection/database/?irn=244624
Without more detail, that's pretty much all I can do to help you solve your mystery. Good luck and have fun.
