    Need help identifying what I believe was a favorite tool my Grand Mother used to open jars she had canned. I suppose could have been used to open store bought jars also. Were they offered by Ball or Mason or Kerr? Did they have a common name.

      Interestingly I just found an unlisted version of this jar opener. It has a can opener on the end. It is still the same patent pending number.
