French Jet (Black glass) Cha Cha dangle earrings. MARKED: "Made in Western Germany" (NOT 'West' Germany) . A couple beads missing. And are is this type of earring ever called anything other than Cha Cha earrings?

Anyone have any possible maker info?

Nope, not possible to ID a maker.

      http://thriftinginthelou.blogspot.nl/2011/11/west-germany-costume-jewelry-history.html

What the markings of W. German, West Germany and Western Germany tell you is just the country of origin, this doesn't indicate an actual manufacturer or brand at all. So it's a bit hard to tell exactly where the piece came from, but unless signed by the artist it's generally assumed that the pieces were part of a surge of mass production.

Bead Earrings, not waterfall. Waterfall has the straight lines coming down, as in a v shape.
