    Any ideas??
    Belong to an old plumber in a box full of other plumbing tool, look at the details on the hands

    Sorry no more info I take this photo in the shed of my customer but it's about 4" long and less then 1" at the tips. Some mysterys have to stay unsolved you know

      Don't think so Tom. I'm getting what looks like volcanic ash on my screen. Is Montserrat erupting again?

      Well, you couldn't pinch off a volcano with these. The jaws do not move, only that little stub you see near the round opening near the pivot point. That stub should have ruler type marks on it. The adjustable strap on the bottom sets the depth.
