I found these tucked into a cook book I bought at a seconhand store. They are unused and in really good condtion besides a little snag and wrinkle on one corner. Can anyone tell me what years the F series were printed and what they might be worth?

I found a bunch of these in a stamp accumulation I recently purchased. Most of these retail for $5.00 to $10.00 for a single stamp. I purchased a strip of 10 just like those illustrated for $25.00, shipping included. The seals illustrated were from the last series printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. They were discontinued in 1951. I am currently working on a more complete story about lock seals.
