Hello again CW friends!
I just posted my Victorian era English made leather top hat case. I was only able to show the exterior photos.
Here is the interior of that leather top hat case. The beautiful silk fabric lining is still in really beautiful condition (no dry rotting, mold or mildew in this one).
The manufacturers label is still intact. As you can see, it was made by W. Austin "Manufacturer to the King", in Liverpool.
This is the rarest and most prized leather top hat case in my collection, to date.
Thanks for stopping and supporting my posts!!

I was thrilled to be able to buy this one and add it to my already growing collection. I didn't have to do a thing to this one. It's completely 100% original.

May have missed it but how old is this box and hat?
Really cool.
Still yet another item one does not see every day.
OneGoodFind,
The case dates around the mid-1800's. That's not the original hat though. The hat dates to around 1890 period. Thanks for the cool comment, the love and for stopping by. Always so very much appreciated!!!
fortapache,
No, you won't see many from this period and design, especially in this condition. Thanks for the comment, the appreciation and for stopping by. Always greatly appreciated my friend!!
