Apparently this is an ultra common machine - not worth anything, but I don't care. I bought it because it makes great sounds, has a good action, and looked to me like the type of machine issued en masse to newsroom reporters everywhere. Sort of the Dell of its day. Get me re-write!

First, Woodstock typewriters are not 'ultra common'. They were around in their day but not in nearly the numbers of the big four: Remington, Underwood, Royal, and L.C. Smith. They were excellent machines, though. They sold in the 40's, I think to Remington. Still, not worth a whole lot of money, you've got a late one, and if it types well, that's what makes it a keeper!
