Tri-ang 307 Circus Van

Large pressed steel Circus Van from Tri-ang toys England.
Early to mid 1950's production. Approx 2 feet long and quite heavy as the toy is made from thick gauge steel Bottom hinged opening real ramp to load circus animals. Sadly, the animals are missing from the set. Images of the animals appear online for this set and the Noah's Ark set. All the animals have wheels and can be rolled around ;ole a toy car. I will be on the look out for some of them to help the display. Lucky for me this van came with the original box. Paint is original with a few small dings and some front fender wear, but overall this is a decent example of the quality of Tri-ang toys of this era. Graphics are in excellent condition. The large 300 series were also available as the 400 series ride on with steering wheel.
