This little green glass ashtray with a 6.00-16 Goodyear tire was found in an antique mall that is under new management and is starting to be a mall instead of a junk store!I have never seen one this small,it measures 3-1/4 across and as you can see is as tall as a quarter!

I remember when I was a kid my grandma had one of these. It was something I played with on visit grandma day, which was every Sunday! She didn't smoke, it was more of a knickknack, a toy to me!
I remember those, too - I'm a child of the 50s.
Haven't seen one this small before....it is great!!! The larger ones sell like hot cakes here....very collectable!!!!
Of course I love it....have some tire ashtrays too.
Hmmmm.....Looks like the Ashtray inside might be Uranium glass that glows. Can you check it?

You should have a UV light, they make small pocket ones. They are good for checking for glass made with Uranium (Vaseline glass) as well as spotting cracks in cast iron and paint touch ups.
When you say 3-1/4 in across, do you mean just the glass or the whole thing? I recently found one with pink glass.
I think I will look into one,and the 3-1/4 is total diameter of the tire!Post the pink one!

I used to have a slew of them. I quit smoking over 35 years ago and lost interest in most ashtrays. I still have a few of the unusual ones. I would buy one of those toy ones in a hurry. Actually, I have old toy cigarettes,lol
