Small Black Mohair Bears...please help me figure out maker, thank you!

Hi! I'm hoping to find out how old these bears are and find out the makers if possible. They appear to be antique, but I know there are some excellent artists out there. Both bears are stuffed with excelsior (hard and crunchy sounding). Both bears are jointed at the neck, shoulders, and hips. Both are made of black mohair. Neither bear appears to have a growler, or if they do it doesn't work. The smaller bear is 10" tall. It has very long arms that are slightly curved at the end. This bear has black floss stitched nose and mouth and has stitched claws on the paws. There are no paw pads on this bear. He also has a very long, pronounced snout and very pronounced hump. He has shoe button eyes. I can't find any type of maker's mark or ear button (and no hole as far as I can tell). The larger bear is 13" tall. It has glass eyes. It has yellow stitched nose and mouth. It does have paw pads, but they are cotton and I'm thinking they are replacements. No stitched claws, but it looks like it used to have stitched claws. The feet on this bear feel like they have wood or cardboard reinforcing underneath the pad. Thank you in advance for any help!!
