Similar are seen in MOP - I would like to think Kralik but the lack of solid evidence makes definites difficult. Certainly a proficient maker made this: two clear layers sandwiching what I think can only be described as opal green, and nicely iridised.
I have a very similar coloured casing glass in a claw bowl and a quilted festooned moulded bowl. Both linked below.
This is 8.5cm high x 12cm in diameter.

Ian, this is a truly lovely version of a shape I have. One of mine is in Kralik MOP Quilted so I believe yours is Kralik too. They all have the groove around each lobe. I would have loved this one too :)

IanBrighton I believe your piece to be made by Consolidated Glass Co and the pattern is called Bulging Loop.

      Thanks, Mac, so US?

      Yes. This may help http://glassloversglassdatabase.com/companies/ConsolidatedLamp.html

      I'm still thinking Kralik.

Thanks both for the inputs: some American glass makes it over here. And Australian! Presumably brought back by maddoes like all of us! I don't discount it, but would agree with Peggy, instincts are for something closer to home in Europe.

I have no doubt many companies did this design. The colour of this one would lead me to believe this on is Consolidated. https://www.google.ca/search?q=consolidated+glass+flower+frog&sa=X&espv=2&biw=1920&bih=943&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&ved=0ahUKEwiv373X36POAhWG5IMKHZogA00QsAQIIQ#tbm=isch&q=consolidated+glass+buldging+loops&imgrc=_

I can see what you mean, Mac, but I see no iridescent versions, just plain and cased glass. Interesting colours but no iridescence?

I believe it looks very much like Kralik Silberiris Glatt...
