Circa early 1960s. My mom made a lot of cookies using this cookie cutter which was apparently made by Tupperware. She may still have this along with the Santa Claus and Christmas Tree cookie cutters.
    It makes a cookie 4 3/4" tall x 2 3/4" across.
This is one of those items that brings back memories.
