This is a blue swan like bowl with a signature on the base, i want to know where it came from and who made it, also value if anybody knows

The background seen through the bottom and the light coming through it is obscuring the signature.
Stuff a bleack rag inside vase then take another picture of bottom so it doesn't reflect light.
?? Looks like it says Murano then something else [ maybe Italy ???? ] ....but can NOT confirm that yet with this picture. Need one on a angle. The signature still may not be a true actual signature BUT might have just been added by someone to unsuspecting customers. Hard to say yet......can you post another pic of the signature ??
