Looks kinda like a pontoon boat with propellers. Has "made in Japan" mark, but nothing else. It lights up and goes like a car. Battery operated and working. Propellers turn when on. It has three wheels. It has what I guess would be a cockpit area with controls and maybe people seated?

I am somewhat of a toy collector, but I have never seen anything like it! If anyone can offer any help in identifying it, I would greatly appreciate it.

toyhoarder101......Thank You So Much! I cannot believe it! I did not think I would ever identify this thing! I saw only one on ebay that sold, so it does seem to be a bit rare as I expected. This one I have is way nicer and works great and that one was yucky and did not work......so I feel pretty good about this!

      Again, thank you so much!

Anytime, Glad i could help. Yes these are Rare, And very desirable .... Mint in box, Well over $1,000 .... I think in the condition its in, You should expect $5-700 Depending on the auction, and how many bidders you get. Good luck. I had the chance to buy a rusted one, For parts for $200 awhile ago, But it was way to rough and needed a full out restoration.

All depends what kind of setting you sell it in. I dont suggest ebay, Auctions go low and high on there. Hakes online auction would be a good idea. Just a tip !
