    Can not locate any information on this item... Bakelite, Green and 5 5/8" long... 9/16" Wide... Tapered... 6-Sided... Handle comes off with a metal square insert.. depth of insert slot is the same as the length of the extended metal piece... Beautiful piece.. Found in an old house and can't find anyone who knows what this can be.. Thanks for your help..

      Is it heavy ? Wouldn't be a sap or billy club with no weight. Also, why make it in 2 pieces ? Maybe a hollow space for lead ?

      Will the end stay in place if you swing it by handle?

      Club does not weigh much at all... 2.9 ounces.. It will separate if I swing it... No threading... And there is No hollow area that I can tell... just the space that accommodates the square insert..
