I really love this one, not sure if it is any specific designer, but it is well made and i just love the pinks. I always find good pieces at Goodwill. I love old jewelry and the more stones and shine the better.

Are these moonstones or just a cat's eye stone?
Neither - most likely, they are pink glass. Semi-precious stones would not be placed in a closed back, base metal costume jewelry mount.
