    I found all of these things at a rubbish dump when I lived n the country...I love living in the country because they have rubbish dumps & you can find so many awesome things....like these

    I'm not sure what some of the pieces were used for...but I think most are electrical...& I think most are ceramic pieces as I think the brown door knobs are also ceramic...not sure, but the door knobs are very heavy & so are some of the other electrical pieces.

    The pics aren't the best, but some of the pieces are quite detailed & beautiful...The brown door knobs have a really pretty wood looking design but I don't think it's wood...

    Would anyone know for sure if it was ceramic used to make these things...

      I am pretty sure it was ceramic. Lots of places made pottery doorknobs, and other utilitarian items.

      I am sure that there are still some wires in my basement that use some of those old porcelain pieces
